More presents!

My dear friend Alison made Evie Lou a homemade texture book for Christmas. What a thoughtful gift! Evie liked the wrapping paper more than she liked the gift though. Christmas is going to be fun. Thanks Alison!

Grandma Carrie's Early Christmas Present

Grandma Carrie sent Evie Lou this Christmas headband and some snowman slippers. But Evie Lou liked the tissue paper better. Isn't she the cutest baby EVER!

Saturday Drive

Zach took his girls on a nice drive to Fish Lake Valley. There is cheap property and we wanted to check it out. It's very beautiful and we had a nice drive. It's great to see the White Mtns. from the east side. Evie Lou slept most the way and mommy used an entire box of tissues. Darn cold!

Home Sick

We all got the stomach flu this weekend. Auntie and uncles included. Mommy, Daddy and Evie Lou stayed home today. My two sweeties are taking a nap together. Aren't they adorable!

Two new teeth.

Well upon investigation I discovered two new teeth on the bottom. A total of 8 teeth! No wonder she had a fever. We picked out a new car seat and we are northbound to Big Pine. I think Evie Lou likes the new seat although she already threw up all over it. Oh well. Gotta break it in sometime right? She has finally settled and is resting. What a sweet angle. I love her so much my heart constantly melts.

Toys R Us

I had to buy Evie Lou a new car seat while we were in LA for the weekend. Toys R Us seemed like a good place to go. While I picked out my purchase Miss Evie got to play with a toy. She bounced and scooted all over the isle. She was having a blast! Unfortunately she caught a bug over the weekend and we are going to have to make a trip to urgent care I'm the morning.

Good morning Mommy

I woke up this morning to the most adorable little girl. Laundry was on the agenda and Evie Lou was more than happy to help. What a good little helper she is, and cute too!

SANTA!

SANTA!!! 

Merry Christmas! We started out the month by decorating the house. Daddy hung lights, Mommy made presents, and Evie Lou met Santy Claus. There was the ceremonial tree lighting here in Big Pine, at the Giant Sequoia. We got there late saw the tree light up, stood in line for under a minute, met Santa, and left! Boom. Done. Back to the ranch in less then 10 minutes. Boy I love living in a small town.

Thermal weather!

Found these jammers last night and they are so adorable. I just had to share. Weather is cold and windy and beginning to look a lot like Christmas.

Nine months old

Tonight I came home from bible study to find Daddy and Evie Lou dancing to ACDC. Zach says they both enjoyed an evening together listening to music. An appreciation they will hopefully share forever!
